Yoga A la Carte is a day that celebrates the physical, mental and spiritual practice of yoga. Thanyapura would like to invite everyone to gather together to explore the sense of oneness to encourage well-being and become happier, healthier and more mindful.
We are offering all-day, all-style yoga from ancient practices like meditation, chanting, singing bowl, 108 sun salutation and newer methods, both playful and yoga-like!

06.30am – 08.00am: 108 Suriya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) by Dr. Sujeet Kumar Gupta (at The Fitness Yard)
09.00am – 10.00am: Soft ball Pilates by Laurence Toral (at Fitness Studio 1)
*This class is limited to 15 attendees
10.30am – 12.00pm: Partner yoga by Laurence Toral (at Fitness Studio 1)
2.00pm – 3.00pm: Sound Healing by Pierre Gagnon and Dr. Sujeet Kumar Gupta (at Wellness Studio 2)
3.30pm – 4.30pm: Yoga for Athletes by Coach Jay Perera (at Fitness Studio 1)
